The Princeton Museum will host local resident Dawn Johnson on Sunday, February 1st, 2026 at 3pm, in the Museum Gallery, 167 Vermilion Ave., Princeton, BC. Dawn was born in Princeton and has lived here most of her life. Her background is well covered in this article by the Similkameen Spotlight in 2014:
Dawn was just a child when the war broke out but was old enough to create memories of the world around her. She will draw upon those childhood memories to paint us a mental picture of what life was like in the small town of Princeton, BC in the 1940’s.
